Part II: Becoming a Good communicator

  • Introduction, what we want to change, personal basics and overcoming bad habits
  • Communication, you as an individual- eye contact and managing eye contact
  • You as a visual- gestures, expression, posture, movement
  • The Voice – the importance of your vocal presentation
  • Video exercise
  • Managing Q&A sessions & answering difficult questions
  • Active listening
  • Case Study
