Impact was founded in 2006 by Vassilis Antonas and currently staffs 6 consultants. Since its launch in January 2007, Impact has grown into a key player in the Greek market and has provided its services to some of the top companies in Greece.

In April 2008, Impact pioneered the first complete Executive Coaching and OD training in Greece, attracting top executives and setting a trend for leadership development programs.

In 2009, Impact expanded by opening a UK branch.
